1. Package Design
The first step in package manufacturing is design. We start with simple package architecture using your packaging desired look, feel, and finding the best materials for your intended package usage. With decades of experience in this area, it’s a simple process to find the right package design to suit you. For the visual design elements, we offer in house graphic design to help capture the look you want for your packaging. After this process and agreement on specifics for your packaging, we move to the manufacturing process.
2. Manufacturing
With decades of experience in manufacturing large and small quantities of packaging for all different markets, we have everything needed to begin manufacturing your final product. Whether your bags will be side sealed, include zippers, wickets, etc. we have all of the machinery and area expertise to make your dream come to life. In the manufacturing stage, we prepare your product for its final destination and prepare for shipment. In this process, we work with you directly to confirm package quality and ensure the final product is what you expect.
3. Product Delivery
Your final product is completed and shipped out to its final destination. Our support does not stop here, as any issues or manufacturing faults are 100% guaranteed as part of our design package.
